We implement a wide range of safe work practices, including JSA's, daily tailgate safety meetings, weekly safety company-wide conference calls, monthly yard-level safety meetings, extensive incident review processes and routine field and yard inspections.

We grant our employees the authority to slow down or shut down an operation if they believe it jeopardizes the safety of people, property or the environment. Our Ethics Hotline is a place where employees can report any concerns, as an added measure to ensure safety, proper operations and good employee relationships.
